What is Scan to 3D Model?
Scan to 3D is the fastest way to turn a physical building into a precise digital 3D model.
Using laser scanners to capture every detail of your space, from the position of the walls to the location of pipes and structural beams. This creates a "digital twin" of your building that is far more accurate than traditional hand measurements.
From Laser Dots to a 3D Model
How It Works
1. Site Scan
We visit your property and capture it using professional-grade LiDAR laser scanners. Every surface, wall, ceiling, and system is recorded in a dense 3D point cloud — accurate to ±2 cm. No guesswork, no assumptions. Just reality, digitised.
2. Point Cloud Processing
The raw scan data is registered and cleaned in post-processing, producing a complete, navigable 3D point cloud of your entire building. This becomes the single source of truth for everything that follows.
3. BIM Modelling in Revit
We model directly from the point cloud in Autodesk Revit. We build to whatever Level of Detail you need. From a simple shell for planning purposes, to fully parametric MEP systems with every pipe, duct, and fitting captured. Domestic or commercial, structural or fit-out, retail floor-plate or mechanical plant room, we model it all.
4. Delivery
You receive a clean, coordinated Revit model (and any additional formats you need IFC, DWG, PDF). Ready to use in design, construction, facility management, or renovation planning from day one.
